At Velmora, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in case of:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective product

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact
  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order

No Return / No Refund

  • We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances
  • All sales are final, except for exchange cases mentioned above

Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved, you will be guided on how to send the item back
  • After inspection, the correct or replacement item will be dispatched

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or discounted items

Important Note

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Claims made after the allowed timeframe will not be accepted.
